Effective date: April 3, 2026
CalText does not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. Everything happens locally in your browser.
CalText collects no data whatsoever. It does not make any network requests. There are no analytics, tracking pixels, cookies, or third-party scripts.
Your settings (format string, highlight color, opacity, minimum time block, bullet preference) are saved to your browser's localStorage on the calendar.google.com domain. Your time block selections are also stored in localStorage during your session and are automatically cleared when you close the tab. This data never leaves your browser.
CalText requests access to calendar.google.com solely to inject its interface into Google Calendar's web page. It does not read, modify, or transmit any of your calendar data.
CalText uses no third-party services, APIs, or SDKs.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL. The extension itself will remain data-free regardless.
